Your bill details stay in your browser unless you submit feedback. We use Google Analytics to understand usage and may store anonymized events in our database. We do not upload medical bills to our servers.
What stays on your device
Guide answers and letter form fields are stored in your browser local storage so you can continue later. We do not upload medical bills or EOB files.
What we collect
- Google Analytics page views and custom events (if enabled)
- Anonymized funnel events in our database (if configured)
- Feedback you choose to submit (rating, message, optional email)
